Each item is individually crafted to meet your personal specifications. Kindly allocate a period of 3 to 4 weeks for its production, followed by a maximum of 1 week for processing and delivery. After an order is placed, most pieces arrive within 5 weeks.

What's covered?

Besette promises peace of mind with a two-year guarantee on your purchase, covering any manufacturing issues. This includes loose diamonds, discolored stones, loose prongs, or any metal mishaps incurred during production.

What isn't covered?

Our Besette warranty does not cover the regular signs of wear and tear, mishandling, or if changes have been made by a third-party. Scratches, lost or stolen items, and any discoloration caused by improper chemicals is also not covered by Besette's manufacturing warranty.

Each Besette item is specially made to order, meaning every piece is one of a kind. Due to their custom nature, it's normal to see slight differences in each piece compared to website imagery. These slight variations are normal, and are not covered in the warranty.
